• Check-in begins at 11:00 am on Thursday with check-out by 3 pm Sunday 
• Wednesday Check-in is 11 am. 
• No guests allowed outside of those listed on the reservation. 
• No Men in home as sisters may be lounging in their jammies’  
• No Children (this is a getaway time for all ladies without the duties and worries of home) 
• No pets allowed  
• No smoking or vaping in or around the house. A designated smoking area will be available. 
• No use of candles or other open flames within the home. 
• The group coordinator will be provided with a 5-digit code to the house to be used during your stay only. 
• The home has fire alarms, carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher.  In the case of an emergency call 9-1-1 and immediately exit the home.  For other concerns, please call us at 318-332-7204 
• Creative Memories supplies will be for sale in the home and sold on an honor
• Sisters are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances. Please do not leave unwanted food in the refrigerator or cabinets. Condiments are ok to leave. Everything will be disposed of following check-out. 
• Feel free to bring your own drinks, snacks, and meals to enjoy  
• You are welcome to use the back patio or yard throughout your stay. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and conclude any loud gatherings outside by 10:00 p.m.
• Magnolia Sisters Craft retreat is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims for any reason. This includes events outside of our control such as a major weather event, or loss of power. It also covers the loss of cable, internet, utilities, or personal injury. A release of liability form will need to be signed by each attendee.
• At the house, we will provide you with a list of local restaurants (dine-in and delivery) and sites to see. If you have questions before your stay, please reach out. We will be glad to help you prepare for your stay at Magnolia Sisters. 

CHECK-OUT Procedure

• Please strip the bed you used and place them in the bath tub along with your used towels. Please include the Duvet cover
• Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a run
• Make sure all small appliances used are put away in the cabinets
• Please take all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom trash to the blue trash bins on the side of the house
• Please DO NOT put food items in your trash can by your workstation
• No need to empty the craft trash bin, just set your trash can onto the cutting mat
• Please clean all of your food out of the refrigerator
