We ask that each group-booking has one person as their coordinator who shall be responsible for deposits, payments, additional coordination, and sharing of our policies and procedures with the group to ensure a pleasant stay.
Each reservation requires a two-night minimum stay and a two-bedroom reservation. (whole house rental) If a group is willing to share the house with other guests, we are glad to open up reservations to other individuals to meet your minimum requirement (an “open-stay”).
Retreat starts on Thursday at 11 am and ends on Sunday at 3 pm (Wednesday can be added for an additional charge)
A deposit of $150/room, or $50/person is required at the time of booking your reservation. (Whole house $1200 )Wednesday can be added for an additional $30/person. The balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival. If balances are not received, deposits may be forfeited, and reservations canceled.
For cancellations made 60 days or more in advance, the stay will be transferred. The transfer must be to a future stay within 12 months. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the stay.
*Open-stays are when a group minimum has not been met, or when a group is open to having individuals join them during their stay.

- Thursday thru Sunday: $200 pp/ $1200 whole house rental
- Wednesday add on: $30 pp
Christmas Season & Rates
Christmas Festival Season begins the Saturday BEFORE Thanksgiving and runs until Jan. 2 During this time we have fluctuating rates that are higher than a regular reservation.
. The first Saturday in December is the Annual Christmas Festival celebration. It is complete with a Parade, vendors, craft booths, and food booths. There is live music and entertainment activities. The celebration ends with a spectacular fireworks show.
Each weekend has a beautiful fireworks show with live entertainment on Saturdays as well as other activities. For more information check out Natchitoches Christmas.
If you are interested in booking for Christmas Festival Weekend,(the first weekend in Dec.) please do so early as this is a major event.
Christmas Season rates are as follows:
Kickoff weekend is the first Saturday before Thanksgiving and runs though January 2nd.
- Thursday through Sunday $225 pp/$1350 Whole house rental
- $40 add on for Wednesday
- A deposit of $75 pp/ $450 for whole house
A weekly reservation can be made during this time for an additional fee.
Christmas Festival Weekend Rates:
- First Saturday in December
- Thursday through Sunday $300pp/ $1800 whole house rental
- $ 50 add on for Wednesday
- A deposit of $100 pp/$600 for whole house

PLEASE NOTE:
Deposit is due at time of booking. If booking after the 60 days prior to stay, payment in full is due at time of booking.
Balance is due 60 days prior to stay.
During the Christmas season there will be no refunds or date transfers for cancellations prior to 60 days of stay.
